Certified by the French Federation of Massages-Bien-Être, I’m specialized in Swedish massage.

Swedish massage is a dynamic technique using oils to dissolve tension, strengthen muscles and relax joints.  It facilitates the elimination of toxins and thus promotes blood circulation. Swedish massage is a deep and precise work. It is carried out by focusing on the areas that require the most attention and care. It is also an enveloping massage that provides well-being and relaxation.  It reduces stress, soothes anxiety.

At the beginning of the session, I take the time to discuss with you, to listen to your expectations and your needs. I prepare for you a personalized massage oil (organic oil and organic essential oils) also taking into account your olfactory sensitivity. You benefit from a massage session adapted to the menu, to your person, to your expectations and to your mood of the day

I move around with my professional equipment (massage table, towels, massage oils, relaxing music). 

The time of the services indicated is the actual time of the massage.  Allow an additional 30 to 40 minutes for the complete session with the preliminary diagnosis and the preparation of your massage oil.
